Gut support,
built for
autistic people.

Many autistic children and adults live with GI pain, constipation, and bloating. Autism Probiotics builds a personalized probiotic from your own gut microbiome data to support digestive health — not a generic capsule from a shelf. It supports gut health; it is not a treatment for autism.

Gut health is real health. Let's start there.

GI issues are common in autistic people, and discomfort can make everything else harder. We don't make promises about autism — we build an individualized probiotic from real microbiome data to support digestive health, and a clinician reviews every single formula.

WHAT THE RESEARCH FOUND

What the open-label pilot reported.

GI symptoms eased
The pilot reported a statistically significant reduction in gastrointestinal symptom severity (GSRS) over 3 months. When a child's stomach stops hurting, daily life gets a little more possible.
Gut microbiome diversity increased
Participants' gut bacteria became significantly more diverse over 3 months (Shannon diversity, richness, evenness). Higher diversity is a widely used marker of gut-microbiome health.
Honest about what it is
This was an open-label pilot, not a randomized controlled trial, and it did not measure or establish any effect on autism itself. Autism Probiotics supports gut health — it does not treat, cure, or change autism.
Built for one person, not everyone
Each formula is individually manufactured from your own microbiome data. Not a generic supplement. Not an algorithm picking from a menu. A formula built from scratch and reviewed by a clinician.

WHO THIS IS FOR

For autistic people living with gut issues.

Autistic children, teens, and adults are more likely to experience GI problems than non-autistic people. That discomfort is real, it's often hard to communicate, and it deserves care on its own terms — which is exactly what this is for.

GI pain and discomfort
Constipation, diarrhea, bloating, reflux — and not always the words to describe them. GI symptoms are common in autistic people, and the pilot reported a significant reduction in GI symptom severity over 3 months.
Restricted diets
Limited food acceptance can narrow the microbiome. A personalized synbiotic adds targeted probiotic strains and prebiotic fiber that a selective diet may be missing.
A gut microbiome out of balance
Research finds autistic and non-autistic gut microbiomes often differ in composition and diversity. This builds a formula from your own data to support a more diverse, balanced gut.
Families and caregivers
This isn't a cure, and we won't pretend it is. It's a personalized, clinician-reviewed probiotic focused on gut health, backed by a published open-label pilot. If GI issues are part of your daily life, it's worth a look.
